Your customer sends the return to our address or the merchandise to be returned is picked up from your customer.
When the returns are received, we check according to your specifications (cf. point on incoming and outgoing goods check). The returned goods are assessed and rated according to your specifications.
Then we confirm the arrival and status of the goods so that your customers can be reimbursed.
Afterwards the goods are:
- Prepared according to your specifications, repackaged, newly packaged or completed and re-warehoused for further shipping (cf. point on warehousing)
- Returned to you, the manufacturer of the goods or to another recipient
- Professionally disposed of and recycled by a local disposal service provider
